-
A Rosie Day studio is Peanut and Nut-Free. This means that it strictly prohibits any person from eating and/or taking out products that contain tree nuts or any variety of nuts. Examples of tree nuts include, but are not limited to, walnut, almond, hazelnut, cashew, pistachio, and Brazil nuts. It is important to note that these tree nuts should not be confused or grouped together with the peanut, which is classified as a legume, but still prohibited. Additionally, sesame is also prohibited from being eaten or taken out within the studio to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Program Commitment & Studio Policies at A Rosie Day
Welcome to A Rosie Day! We're thrilled to provide a fun, engaging, and safe space where every young artist can thrive. Our warm and nurturing studio celebrates creativity in all its forms, welcoming everyone regardless of artistic ability. To ensure all our friends have a wonderful experience and can truly be children after a long day at school, we've outlined our friendly studio policies below.
Program Commitment & Cancellations
We aim for a fair and flexible cancellation policy while recognizing the high demand for our programs and limited class sizes.
Single-Day Offerings (Drop-in Classes, Family Open Studio, Special Events): Please note that all sales are final for these offerings, and no refunds are available for cancellations.
Full Semester Packages: When you register for a full semester, you're committing to the entire session. We meticulously plan each enriching session, and due to limited space and high demand, we often turn away eager students.
For Full Semester Packages, a full refund is available only if you notify us at least two weeks before the session's start date. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to the start date, your payment becomes non-refundable and non-transferable, and the full amount will be applied to the total cost of the session.
If your child misses a class due to illness or any other reason, please understand that the class fee is non-refundable, and we cannot guarantee a make-up class. While it's not required, we do appreciate a heads-up if your child won't be able to make it! Additionally, please note that we are unable to accommodate individual travel schedules with personalized semesters, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Studio Policies
Behavior & Expectations
The safety and happiness of every child, as well as the care of our creative space, are paramount.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any child exhibiting physical harm to their friends or instructors, or intentionally damaging our property. Should such an incident occur, we will contact parents immediately, and the child must be picked up from the program without delay. Please understand that if a child is removed from the program due to a policy violation, no refund will be offered.
To keep everyone focused on creativity, cell phone and smart watch use is not permitted during class time.
Art Project Pick-up
We know how much effort goes into each masterpiece! Please ensure all art projects are picked up by the last day of the semester. We can hold projects for up to one week after the last day of class.
Liability Waiver
By registering for any of our programming, including hosted events, you agree to release A Rosie Day from any and all liability, claims, damages, or harm that might arise from your child's participation in our studio.
